Alexander's practice focuses on representing small and mid sized companies in biotech, life sciences, healthcare and technology. 

Prior to law school, Alexander worked as both a Laboratory Manager and Research Assistant in the Neuroscience Lab at the University of Toronto, where he developed an understanding of laboratory administration, financial organization and ethics in experiments.

Alexander worked as a Corporate Associate at Sullivan & Worcester LLP in Boston,  MA where he provided representation to various industries including healthcare, biotech, digital technology,, food and beverage, fintech, and manufacturing. 

While at Sullivan & Worcester, Alexander represented clients at all stages of growth, from seed round financings to Nasdaq-listed companies. He has experience in contract drafting and review, SEC compliance, financing, IPO's,  corporate governance and organization, leading and conducting due diligence review, and transactional negotiation.
